Since november 16, 2021n the transfer is effective and a new organization has been set up. Damien Tricard, the group's long-standing associate, is assuming the leadership and become the President, replacing François Legendre.

The scope of aquisition concerns the following companies : Legendre SAS (France), Lege,dre Celtic (France, Senegal, Bénin), Legendre Delpierre (France), Legendre Hénault (France), Legendre Mailodis (France), CGS HK (Hong Kong and China), Legendre Bin Sulaiman (Emirat Arabes Unis), Legendre FCL (Vietnam) et Legendre Meas (Cambodge). 

After 23 years in the group's management, including 14 years as a associate, Damien Tricard knows the company, how it works, its teams, its clients and its entire ecosystem. François Legendre is naturally handing over the key of the group to Damien Tricard. who is ready to take up this new challenge. He is accompanied by his new Management Committee, 100 % which is coming from the company's historical executives, motivated and competent to build the group of tomorrow.
